We do not charge by the hour. We use an industry standard guidebook to determine the flat-rate paid per task and not by the actual time spent on the task. This is the same guidebook most RV dealerships in the country use. This is a benefit to the customer because it protects you from excessive repair bills, and it allows us to accurately estimate what your final bill will be before the repair even begins.

A Travel Fee is charged for every trip to a customer's site.

The initial visit to a site will incur a diagnostic charge equal to one hour of labor ($175.00) to assess the customers concerns, find a solution to the problem and to prepare an estimate for repairs. Each customer will be presented with a repair estimate before work is to begin.
If the repair can be diagnosed and repaired within the first hour then there will be no additional charges.
Example
In the instance where the repair could be done in under 30 minutes without the use of additional parts and the customer is located within 20 miles then there would be no additional labor charges. Your bill would be $99 (travel) + $175(diagnostic) = $274.00
If your repair requires the use of disposable and single use goods like paper towels, gloves, lubricants, screws, connectors, etc, you may see a "Shop Supplies" charge on your final bill. This will be equal to 2% of the final bill or $20, whichever is greater.
We are required to collect Sales Tax on all parts and on any labor involved in the installation of those parts.
There is no sales tax on jobs that don't require parts.
