We do not charge by the hour. We use an industry standard guidebook to determine the flat-rate paid per task and not by the actual time spent on the task. This is the same guidebook most RV dealerships in the country use. This is a benefit to the customer because it protects you from excessive repair bills, and it allows us to accurately estimate what your final bill will be before the repair even begins. 

$200 per flat rate hour during normal business hours

$349 per flat rate hour for Emergency Repairs after hours

A Travel Fee is charged for every trip to a customer's site.

$3.49/mile for each addt'l mile

The service call covers travel and 1 hour of diagnostic time for 1 concern. Each addt'l concern that requires diagnostics will be charged 0.5 hr of labor at the current flat rate. 

Each customer will be presented with a repair estimate before work is to begin. 

If your repair requires the use of disposable and single use goods like paper towels, gloves, lubricants, screws, connectors, etc, you may see a "Shop Supplies" charge on your final bill. This will be equal to 2% of the final bill or $20, whichever is greater. 

We are required to collect Sales Tax on all parts and on any labor involved in the installation of those parts. 

There is no sales tax on jobs that don't require parts.
